Job Summary

A company is looking for a Funding Supervisor for the South Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Funding Approval, ensuring timeliness and quality
• Coordinate hiring, training, and performance management of the Funding Specialist Team
• Monitor productivity and quality of Funding Specialists while managing work order caseloads

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations
• 2 years of experience managing a minimum of 10 direct reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to review and analyze business reports and governmental regulations
