Job Summary

Managing the transaction cycle time for funding approvals, the full-time Funding Supervisor will oversee the Funding Specialist Team's hiring, training, and performance while ensuring timely and quality processing in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manages transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Funding Approval, ensuring all necessary steps are completed timely
• Coordinates the hiring, training, and career development of the Funding Specialist Team
• Monitors productivity and quality of Funding Specialists, directing work order caseloads as needed

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations
• 2 years of experience managing a minimum of 10 direct reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret general business reports and governmental regulations
