Funding Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the Funding Department, the full-time Funding Supervisor will manage the Funding Leadership Team remotely, ensuring compliance with company policies while coordinating with various leadership roles to optimize funding processes and team performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage transaction cycle time from processing to funding approval, ensuring timely and quality outcomes
• Coordinate hiring, training, and performance management of the Funding Specialist Team to foster career development
• Develop and maintain training materials and progress reporting for the department

Required qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations
• 2 years of experience managing a minimum of 10 direct reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret general business reports and governmental regulations
