Job Summary

Managing the transaction cycle time for funding approvals, the full-time Funding Supervisor will oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of the Funding Specialist Team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Funding Approval, ensuring timely and quality funding processes
• Coordinate the hiring, training, and career development of the Funding Specialist Team
• Monitor productivity and quality of Funding Specialists, ensuring effective workload management and conflict resolution

Required qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations
• 2 years of experience managing a minimum of 10 direct reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret business reports and governmental regulations
