Fundraising Advisor

Job Summary

To support a growing capital formation and investor relations team, the remote Fundraising Advisor will cultivate relationships with accredited investors, family offices, and VCs, presenting investment opportunities and closing deals in a part-time or full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Activate and expand professional networks to connect with accredited investors and family offices
• Manage investor communications and maintain relationship continuity through follow-ups
• Support ongoing fundraising campaigns and facilitate introductions to potential investors

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in investor relations, capital formation, or fundraising
• Existing professional network that can reach accredited investors and/or family offices in North America
• Comfortable asking for introductions and referrals
• Self-directed and reliable with the ability to work remotely
• Able to maintain organized follow-up and CRM activity
