Fundraising Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Individual Giving & Family Foundations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in prospecting and researching new funding opportunities, creating outreach lists, and drafting emails
• Manage the proposal process by developing working documents, timelines, and initial drafts for funding pitches
• Oversee grant agreements and maintain the donor database, ensuring accurate records and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fundraising environment, preferably in a nonprofit or grassroots setting
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as HubSpot
• Experience in writing and developing external materials
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Commitment to the mission of the organization and its initiatives
