Fundraising Data Coordinator

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Coordinator, Fundraising Data & Campaign Operations will manage data production for fundraising campaigns, engage with external consultants on data requirements, and provide data management and reporting support for marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define timing, volume, segmentation, and testing needs for various fundraising campaigns
• Produce campaign data files, perform quality checks, and generate segment counts for approval
• Maintain the CRM to support fundraising needs and troubleshoot any data issues that arise

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience in direct marketing data file production, with at least 2 years in digital direct marketing
• Experience with data file production including hygiene, merge/purge, and segmentation activities
• Proven experience with data conversion, manipulation, cleaning, and reporting
• Familiarity with nonprofit CRMs and fundraising concepts, preferably EveryAction
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or a similar data analysis tool; SQL knowledge is a plus
