Job Summary

To support healthcare transformation, the part-time Fundraising and External Relations Director will leverage existing donor relationships to secure funding, manage fundraising technology platforms, and develop tailored donor engagement strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage a portfolio of relationships to secure new and repeat funding through major gifts and sponsorships
• Oversee the implementation of fundraising technology platforms and manage the fundraising operating budget
• Design and execute digital fundraising campaigns while analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree plus 10 years of experience in non-profit or healthcare management in a leadership role
• Advanced major gift solicitation and closing techniques
• Ability to independently manage full fundraising cycles
• CRM and donor platform literacy (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge)
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation abilities
