Job Summary

To enhance fundraising efforts, the part-time Fundraising and External Relations Director will manage donor relationships, secure major gifts, and oversee fundraising technology platforms while working remotely nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage existing relationships to secure new and repeat funding through major gifts and sponsorships
• Develop and maintain active donor pipelines, executing tailored cultivation and stewardship plans
• Oversee the selection and implementation of fundraising technology platforms to support donor tracking and compliance

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree plus 10 years of experience in non-profit or healthcare management
• Advanced major gift solicitation and closing techniques
• Proven ability to independently manage full fundraising cycles
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Experience with CRM and donor platform literacy (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge)
