Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fundraising Events Assistant to support fundraising operations and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support multiple event planning committees, including scheduling meetings and tracking action items
- Assist with donor and sponsorship management, including outreach and follow-up
- Support logistics for fundraising events, including ticketing and guest coordination
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or event coordination preferred
- Experience working with donor CRM systems (e.g., Little Green Light, Raiser's Edge)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative
