Fundraising Experience Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fundraising Experience Specialist to support financial donors in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality donor service through inbound calls and online requests, adhering to compliance and call handling standards
• Resolve donor concerns following standard operating procedures and manage donor cases within defined service level agreements
• Coordinate with internal departments to address escalated donor situations and participate in team meetings for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required
• Experience in a call center, financial donor relations, or fundraising environment preferred
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or fundraising databases preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume environment
