Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Manager, Fundraising, this full-time remote position will lead efforts to grow and diversify funding sources by cultivating institutional funders and developing a major gifts program focused on high-net-worth individuals, while managing the full fundraising cycle and overseeing CRM operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of institutional funders, including foundations and corporate partners
- Build and manage the individual giving pipeline, developing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and executing tailored cultivation strategies
- Oversee the strategic use of Salesforce for pipeline tracking, donor management, and reporting, ensuring data integrity and effective workflows
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in fundraising, with a minimum of 2 years focused on major gifts or high-net-worth donor engagement
- Proven success in managing and closing five- and six-figure gifts from institutional and/or individual donors
- Experience with international nonprofit organizations in global development or social impact
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for data quality and reporting
- Exceptional written communication skills for producing compelling proposals and donor correspondence
