Fundraising Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting Decile Capital's fundraising operations, the remote Fundraising Operations Associate will manage LP research, investment diligence, and internal operational workflows in a detail-intensive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research on LPs, family offices, and institutional allocators while maintaining and tracking LP pipelines
• Assist with deal intake, due diligence workflows, and prepare internal summaries and briefing notes
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and documentation for fundraising processes, ensuring accuracy across CRM and internal systems

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, fundraising, or fund operations
• Direct experience supporting fundraising workflows, including LP outreach and pipeline management
• Strong CRM skills, with experience managing investor pipelines using tools like Salesforce or similar
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with shifting priorities
