Fundraising Operations Consultant

Job Summary

To strengthen fundraising infrastructure, the part-time independent contractor Fundraising Operations Consultant will coordinate proposal development, manage grant reporting, and enhance revenue operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal development and maintain fundraising tools and resources for regional and national initiatives
• Manage grant reporting processes and ensure compliance with funder requirements throughout the grant lifecycle
• Strengthen operational systems for fundraising and revenue management, including maintaining Salesforce data integrity and producing fundraising dashboards

Required qualifications

• Approximately 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, grants management, or development operations
• Demonstrated experience in managing proposal development and grant reporting
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM and project management platforms like Asana
• Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and workflow automation is preferred
