Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fundraising Specialist to manage client relationships and provide expert guidance on fundraising services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships, providing expert advice on fundraising services and handling client inquiries
• Prepare and file applications accurately, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with state-specific requirements
• Maintain high client retention rates and identify opportunities for upselling additional services

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role
• Experience in detailed or complex roles, such as executive assistance or operations
• Prior experience with large B2B accounts or high-net-worth individuals is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, CRM systems, and video conferencing tools
