Funds Associate Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a Funds Associate Attorney with three to five years of experience, the full-time position will advise investment funds throughout their lifecycle and collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit, with the flexibility to work from any office or remotely, except in New Jersey, New York, or California.

Key responsibilities

• Advise investment funds and their investors during all stages of the funds' lifecycle
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets strategic business unit
• Manage multiple projects while demonstrating exceptional judgment and legal strategy articulation

Required qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in corporate and securities law
• Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds preferred
• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office applied to, or commitment to obtain one promptly
• Excellent academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to community service
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects effectively
