Funds Associate Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a Funds Associate Attorney with three to five years of experience, the full-time position will advise investment funds throughout their lifecycle and work closely with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit, with the option to work remotely or from any office except New Jersey, New York, or California.

Key responsibilities

• Advise investment funds and their investors on legal matters throughout all stages of the funds' lifecycle
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets strategic business unit
• Manage multiple projects while demonstrating exceptional judgment and legal strategy articulation

Required qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in corporate and securities law, preferably with investment funds
• Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds is preferred
• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office applied to or commitment to obtain one
• Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to community involvement
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects
