Funds Associate Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a Funds Associate Licensed Attorney with three to five years of experience, the full-time position will focus on advising investment funds throughout their lifecycle and working with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit, with the option for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Advise investment funds and their investors on legal matters throughout all stages of the fund lifecycle
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop legal strategies and courses of action for clients
• Manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining superior interpersonal relationships

Required qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in corporate and securities law, preferably with investment funds
• Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds is preferred
• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which the candidate is applying or commitment to obtain one
• Excellent academic credentials and a demonstrated record of community commitment
• Strong judgment and ability to articulate legal strategies effectively
