Job Summary
To support a growing legal practice, the full-time Funds Associate with an active Bar License will advise investment funds and their investors throughout the lifecycle of funds, focusing on private equity, private credit, and venture capital, while collaborating with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit.
Key responsibilities
- Advise investment funds during all stages of their lifecycle
- Provide legal guidance to investors in private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop legal strategies and articulate courses of action
Required qualifications
- Three to five years of relevant experience in corporate and securities law
- Experience advising investment funds and investors
- Active Bar License in the state of application or commitment to obtain one
- Strong academic credentials and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively under pressure
