Job Summary

A company is looking for a Funds Specialist to join their Law department.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit SEC filings through the EDGAR system
• Format and convert documents into SEC compliant formats
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required disclosures and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience working with SEC filings utilizing EDGAR filing procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SEC filing software
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
• Strong organizational skills
