Job Summary

A company is looking for a Funnel Conversion Specialist to enhance conversion performance across digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the testing strategy on all funnels, including A/B tests to improve performance metrics
• Write, schedule, and optimize email marketing campaigns and create automated follow-up sequences
• Map funnel events for accurate performance tracking and report on KPIs regularly

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing focused on CRO, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
• Proficiency with marketing technology stacks: HubSpot, Cometly, Ninety, and Notion
• Analytical mindset to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bonus: Agriculture background or experience in financial education industries
