Job Summary

Acting as the central point of contact for post-sale activities, the full-time Furniture Implementation Specialist will coordinate furniture orders from delivery through installation, ensuring a seamless experience for customers while managing multiple timelines and stakeholders both onsite and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate post-sale furniture order activities, including delivery, installation, and issue resolution
• Manage service orders in internal systems to ensure accurate and timely information updates
• Track product status and project timelines, providing timely updates to customers and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or project coordination
• Experience using Microsoft 365, Salesforce, or equivalent business systems
• Strong coordination and project management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across various teams and stakeholders
