Fusion SaaS HCM Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fusion SaaS HCM Functional Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support by diagnosing, replicating, and resolving functional and technical issues
• Utilize strong knowledge of Fusion SaaS HCM modules to advise customers on implementation and business process alignment
• Perform impact analysis for SaaS updates and prepare documentation and test plans for customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
• 6 to 10+ years of experience in Fusion SaaS HCM implementation or support
• US citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are mandatory
• Experience with Oracle products and relevant modules such as Oracle Time & Labor and Oracle US Payroll
• Flexibility to work off hours or weekends as needed
