Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Future of Work Insights program using proprietary research and customer data
• Identify and analyze emerging trends related to collaboration, AI adoption, and employee engagement
• Create high-impact content and serve as a spokesperson and subject matter expert at industry events

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in research, strategy, insights, and content creation
• Proven ability to turn data into compelling narratives that drive action
• Experience in designing and analyzing research studies for a global organization
• Strong writing and storytelling skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders and external stakeholders
