Futures Program Team Member

Job Summary

To advance and scale FLI's pro-human AI portfolio, the full-time Futures Program Team Member will focus on coalition building, program operations, and communications support while working remotely from the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Help cultivate and deepen relationships with partners across sectors to broaden the coalition
• Coordinate across workstreams, track deliverables, and ensure multi-stakeholder projects stay on realistic timelines
• Support the planning and execution of convenings, briefings, and workshops

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in project or program management, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong preference for applicants based in the United States
