GAAP Reporting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GAAP Reporting Specialist to support and manage the GAAP Reporting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and record financial data to ensure compliance with GAAP principles
• Prepare financial statements and disclosures, including trial balances and income statements
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely completion of deliverables and support audits

Required Qualifications

• CA/CPA/MBA/Post-Graduate in Finance with 6+ years of experience in Financial Reporting
• Knowledge of US GAAP policies and financial reporting applications (One Stream, Anaplan, Sun GL)
• Experience in financial reporting and understanding of the US Insurance market
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and lead reporting timelines
• Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Excel and Power BI
