Job Summary
Owning the Gainsight platform end to end, the full-time remote Gainsight Administrator will architect health scoring, design a Customer 360 view, and build playbooks to enhance proactive customer engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain the Customer Health Score, ensuring accuracy and relevance as the business evolves
- Design and manage the Customer 360 (C360) to provide a comprehensive view of accounts for Customer Success Managers and leadership
- Configure and administer the Gainsight platform, including dashboards, reports, and workflows, while supporting day-to-day platform operations
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on Gainsight administration experience
- Proven expertise in health scoring, C360 configuration, and creating playbooks/CTAs within Gainsight
- Strong understanding of Customer Success Operations and data-driven customer engagement
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable system configurations
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across various teams and functions
