Gainsight Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gainsight Analyst to support the Gainsight system for various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining product intention, scope, and strategy while prioritizing system requirements and enhancements
• Document business use cases and user requirements, coordinating with IT and development teams
• Oversee user feedback and communications, ensuring timely project deliverables and alignment with business needs

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. or higher in Technology, Project Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable
• Minimum 5+ years of experience using Gainsight or similar business systems
• Experience in Customer Success roles and knowledge of business best practices
• Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both business and technical roles
• Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices is strongly preferred
