Gainsight Operations Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time Gainsight Operations Analyst, the successful candidate will manage the Gainsight platform daily, focusing on digital engagement strategies, ecosystem integration, and data management to enhance customer experiences in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect Digital Journeys by designing and launching automated workflows to drive customer success
• Sync the Ecosystems by leading technical integration of Gainsight products to ensure seamless data flow
• Manage the data pipeline from Gainsight to Snowflake, bridging insights with BI tools for executive reporting

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Gainsight administration and system configuration
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and digital engagement strategies within a SaaS environment
• Solid grasp of data management principles, including familiarity with SQL and APIs
• Proven track record of managing a Gainsight CS instance, specifically with Journey Orchestrator and Rules Engine
• Experience in exporting Gainsight data into BI environments like Domo or Tableau
