Required Qualifications
- Experience as an end-user of CRM, customer support, or marketing automation systems
- Gainsight Level 2 Admin Certification
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn unfamiliar systems/software
- Experience in customer success or equivalent understanding of customer success principles
- Strong project management and business analysis skills
