Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the maintenance, support, and optimization of the Gainsight platform
  • Design and implement end-to-end business processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Experience as an end-user of CRM, customer support, or marketing automation systems
  • Gainsight Level 2 Admin Certification
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn unfamiliar systems/software
  • Experience in customer success or equivalent understanding of customer success principles
  • Strong project management and business analysis skills
