Key Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and communicate the creative vision for games to ensure engaging player experiences
• Develop and maintain game design documentation and turn it into actionable plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive gameplay, systems, and content design through all development phases

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a game designer with complete production cycle knowledge
• Deep knowledge of game theory and design best practices
• Proactive and self-motivated with a track record of delivering high-quality designs on time
• Experience mentoring other game designers or leading a feature or team
• UX design experience is a plus
