Key Responsibilities

• Develop unique game concepts, characters, storylines, and gameplay mechanics
• Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including game mechanics and economy models
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the game leverages Web3 technologies effectively

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Meta/Systems Design with successful mobile games
• Ability to perform competitor benchmarks and apply insights to game design
• Experience in breaking down complex designs into measurable changes
• Knowledge of the Web3 world and/or Web3 games is a plus
• A passion for gaming and innovative mobile game design
