Game Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Game Designer to join their New Games team and help shape new titles from early concepts to live performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the game design process for new projects, from early ideas to implementation and iteration
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to align on vision, priorities, and goals
• Design and evolve core gameplay systems, progression, and mechanics based on player behavior and data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing hybrid-casual puzzle games
• Strong understanding of puzzle mechanics, game systems, and progression
• Familiarity with data analysis for making data-driven design decisions
• Experience using market insights and competitor research to inform design
• Independence and proactivity in decision-making
