Job Summary

Seeking an innovative Game Developer for a full-time role in Istanbul or remote within CET +/-2h, who will engage in hands-on coding and manage the development cycle for the successful mobile game Collect'Em All, while contributing to the creation of new gameplay features and ensuring high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in hands-on coding to create innovative gameplay features for millions of users
• Manage the development cycle, identifying engineering tasks and processes to execute the game roadmap
• Monitor product health and collaborate with the technical team to enhance product quality

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience with Unity or other game engines
• Successful track record in developing top-tier mobile games
• Strong understanding of optimization issues in game development
• Creative mindset with a good sense of gameplay experience and attention to detail
• Experience working in a full-remote environment
