Game Development Producer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Producer (Remote, Hybrid, or In-Office).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-discipline teams on game development projects and act as the primary point-of-contact for stakeholders
• Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Facilitate communication and coordination among internal and external resources to eliminate roadblocks and ensure project success

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a software development Producer and/or Project Manager role
• Experience with video game development, including at least two shipped titles
• Education: Certificate of completion of Game Development or any University degree
• Strong understanding of the development process across all discipline areas
• Proven financial and business acumen related to project management
