Game Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and statistically-minded, the Game Operations Analyst will work remotely or from Atlanta, GA, focusing on identifying game vulnerabilities, profiling members, and optimizing trading methods to enhance customer segmentation and player profiling initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify game vulnerabilities and members exploiting those vulnerabilities
• Review and profile escalated members, providing actionable recommendations
• Run analyses on current ruleset structure to optimize member experience and revenue

Required qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience in sports gaming and daily fantasy sports
• Strong pattern recognition skills and ability to react quickly to trends
• Experience with SQL, R, and/or Python is preferred but not required
• Availability to work nights and weekends aligning with sports schedules
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required
