Game Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and leadership-oriented Game Operations Manager, the full-time position will oversee the execution and optimization of pre-match projections, manage a high-performing team, and ensure operational excellence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and organize complex scheduling and resource allocation to maximize team coverage and output
• Standardize and scale end-to-end workflows to enhance departmental efficiency
• Oversee core pre-match operations and align risk mitigation strategies with Trading and Optimization teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or related) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Sports Gaming, Daily Fantasy Sports, or Financial Trading, with at least 1-2 years in a management role
• Deep understanding of DFS and sports gaming industries, including player projection markets
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational strategies
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
