Game Producer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Producer to manage the end-to-end production of high-impact marketing content for a multiplayer sandbox game.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a cohesive, high-performing team environment, driving delivery predictability and strengthening cross-team communication
• Drive operational excellence by designing and maintaining scalable production systems and workflows
• Proactively identify project risks and partner with the team to implement mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional game development experience on at least 2 shipped AA+ games in a senior or lead role, with at least 4 years in production
• Experienced with full cycle development and the unique needs of each phase
• Expert experience with tracking software for scrum/agile development and project management methodologies
• Demonstrated success in improving delivery predictability and collaboration health
• Experience translating creative vision into execution frameworks and deliverables
