Job Summary

To oversee the day-to-day development and delivery of game projects, the full-time remote Game Producer will manage the production pipeline, including staffing, scheduling, and budget oversight while collaborating with management and development teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Establishing and optimizing the game development pipeline for efficient workflows
• Developing and managing project budgets, resource allocation, and production schedules
• Supervising day-to-day operations and collaborating with teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in game development or a similar role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience in budget and scope management
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira)
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and workflows across various disciplines
