Game Production Lead

Job Summary

Driving game development initiatives, the full-time Production Lead will manage production efforts across multiple game teams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones while fostering collaboration among creative, design, engineering, and QA stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production efforts to ensure milestones are delivered on time and meet quality expectations
• Develop and maintain production roadmaps, schedules, and project tracking systems
• Facilitate Agile development processes and monitor project health through reporting and metrics

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of game production experience, including leading multidisciplinary development teams
• Experience managing teams through major milestones such as alpha, beta, and launch
• At least one shipped PC and console title in a production leadership capacity
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines across various disciplines
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies
