Gameplay Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gameplay Engineer to join their development team in creating interactive game experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement interactive games and experiences in the UEFN ecosystem based on Disney's characters and worlds
• Write Verse code and collaborate with design, production, and art teams to achieve game experience goals
• Support designers during the game construction process and ensure implementation quality with the engineering team

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in developing console/PC/mobile games or digital interactive entertainment
• Hands-on experience with UEFN, including custom device construction using Verse
• Broad understanding of Fortnite and user-generated content items and devices
• Good understanding of computer science principles and proficiency in 3D Vector Math
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience
