Job Summary

A company is looking for a Producer, Gameplay (Project Hire).

Key Responsibilities

• Update and manage plans, schedules, and task tracking across key features and milestones
• Collaborate with production and development leadership to drive decision-making aligned with project goals
• Monitor project health, communicate risks, and eliminate roadblocks to ensure team efficiency

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as an Associate Producer or Project Manager
• Experience with project management or business administration
• Familiarity with Jira, Shotgun/ShotGrid, or similar tasking software
• Data analytics background or capability preferred
• Experience managing budgets and staff resource plans
