Job Summary

A company is looking for a Games Editor to shape and direct coverage of video games.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find stories, vet pitches, assign work, and edit coverage
• Lead brainstorms, plan around events, and use data to see what resonates with the audience

• Vision for the future of video games coverage and knowledge of the games space
• Skilled editor with knowledge of modern newsroom strategies and tools
• Organized and comfortable with an editorial calendar
• Collaborative and able to work with other teams and verticals
