Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a remote contractor opportunity as a Games Marketing Mentor, responsible for mentoring incubated teams, organizing meetings, tracking progress, and curating educational materials while collaborating with external experts.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor incubated/accelerated teams and provide expertise on marketing strategies
• Organize and manage weekly meetings, track team progress, and create detailed reports
• Outreach and manage external experts, adapting mentoring techniques to meet partners' needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in the video games industry as a Marketing Manager or similar role
• Proven track record of working on launched game projects
• Deep understanding of the game business cycle, particularly community building and marketing
• Fluent in written and spoken English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
