Gaming Analytics Director

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of product analytics for the iGaming portfolio, the full-time remote Gaming Analytics Director will manage a high-performing analytics team, define product analytics strategies, and partner with various teams to optimize the online casino experience through data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Analysts and Analytics Managers, fostering a culture of curiosity and high-impact execution
• Define and evolve the product analytics strategy focused on player engagement, monetization, retention, and customer lifetime value
• Build scalable frameworks and dashboards to improve decision-making across product experiences and customer journeys

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of analytics experience in B2C technology, e-commerce, gaming, financial services, or consumer products
• A minimum of 4 years of direct management experience leading analytics teams
• Expertise in product analytics, experimentation, and customer behavior analysis
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
• Deep understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling techniques
