Gaming Community Associate

Job Summary

Engaging daily with players in a remote capacity, the full-time Community Associate will manage interactions on the official Discord server, support player inquiries, and execute community-focused campaigns to enhance the sportsbook community experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage authentically with players in the Discord server across various channels and live sports moments
• Create and execute community-first campaigns, including giveaways and live events, in collaboration with internal and external teams
• Monitor player sentiment and behavior, providing insights to improve products and the overall community experience

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience building or supporting digital communities, preferably in sports or gaming
• Deep familiarity with Discord, including moderation tools and engagement features
• Proven ability to create engaging content tailored to specific communities
• Strong understanding of Sportsbook or Daily Fantasy Sports products
• Experience moderating high-volume communities during live events is a plus
