Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the acquisition strategy to drive player growth into the Discord community
• Design and optimize onboarding experiences for new community members
• Develop and launch creative campaigns to enhance community engagement and retention

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in community management, growth marketing, or digital acquisition at a Manager level
• Proven success in building and optimizing acquisition funnels and onboarding flows
• Deep expertise in Discord, including onboarding features and user behavior tracking
• Strong collaboration skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams
• A solid understanding of the sports and gaming landscape to create resonant messaging and experiences
