Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Risk and Payments Ops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and execute a comprehensive plan for uninterrupted contact center operations for Risk, Fraud, and Payment teams
  • Directly manage staff overseeing contact center agents across multiple locations
  • Define and manage KPIs to assess operational and performance excellence for the teams


Qualifications
  • Must be or become licensed through appropriate gaming jurisdictions
  • 7+ years leading medium-to-large contact centers (300 seats or more)
  • 5+ years in a highly regulated industry, preferably in gaming/gambling
  • 5+ years leading Risk, Fraud, and/or Payment Operations teams
  • Direct experience leading teams across multiple geographies
