A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Gaming Compliance & Risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with state gaming regulations and licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Act as a subject matter expert on gaming regulatory requirements, advising stakeholders across the business
• Design and enhance regulatory compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in gaming compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management within regulated industries
• Experience working directly with gaming regulators or government agencies
• Deep understanding of gaming regulatory frameworks and enforcement trends
• Proven ability to influence outcomes in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
