Gaming Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Partnering with teams across Trading, Sportsbook, Legal, and Regulatory Operations, the full-time Trading Compliance Specialist will ensure compliance with evolving gaming regulations, support new wagering opportunities, and build relationships with regulators while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure Trading regulatory requirements are accurate and aligned with evolving gaming regulations across multiple jurisdictions
• Communicate new and updated regulatory requirements to the Trading Operations Team impacting emerging wagering markets
• Serve as a subject matter expert on trading compliance, providing guidance and support to various stakeholders

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a compliance, audit, risk management, or regulatory-focused role
• Experience reviewing legal, regulatory, or compliance documentation and collaborating with legal or regulatory stakeholders
• Knowledge of the gaming industry or sports wagering, or experience within a regulated environment
• Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills to evaluate complex regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex information to diverse audiences
